Scenery and Rush\Wright Associates collaborated with Lyons Architects and the City of Greater Dandenong on the Springvale Community Precinct The new precinct will become the primary community hub of the Springvale Activity Centre – a vibrant and multicultural civic, retail and commercial focus of Melbourne’s South East which is being developed as part of the 20-year program of renewal and revitalisation.
Scenery created a series of 3D renders which assisted in communicating the design to the client and community. A 360° tour was also created for the original competition design. To view the 360° tour please click here.
The Springvale Community Precinct (hub) was officially opened to the public on the 17th April 2021. Project photos below by John Gollings.
